Libraries in Wales will work together to inspire people to enjoy reading, improve their knowledge, develop their skills and participate in their respective communities. Library services will be responsive to meeting people’s changing needs in a local, safe, modern physical and virtual environment.

Always let your funder know asap if problems occur

Stick to your agreed spending limit Have a project plan in place with milestones Report back, to a few colleagues or a formal

steering group, on a regular basis Keep records that can be used for evidence

and evaluation Consider reporting by objective so you can see

where you are with each area of the project
