    In the article international practices of social work with refugees are highlighted. Affairs of international organizations (United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees, International Organization for Migration, UNESCO, International Red Cross Committee, European Council on Refugees and Exiles, etc.) that significantly influence on the development of international approaches and standards of social work with refugees and displaced persons are characterized. Main directions and forms of social work with refugees are defined. Skills training peculiarities for intending social workers at universities of the USA and Canada for a work with a specific customer category are determined.

    Features and functions of the corporate culture of higher educational institution in one of the applied

    aspects in terms of implementing the idea of inclusion in education are specified. Author proves that the most systematic approach to the implementation of inclusive education can be achieved only through the development of appropriate inclusive corporate culture of an educational institution. Basic components of inclusive corporate culture of a higher educational institution are revealed.

    The article discusses the idea of tolerance of all subjects of educational process (teaching and learning)

    The review of problem of legal socialization of personality of child is carried out in the article, as a

    complex many-sided process that plugs integration of personality in the system of legal relationships of society, process of including of personality to the legal environment; the question of pedagogical co-operation is exposed at relations between a child and social teacher, influence of socialeducator environment is reasonable on the process of legal socialization and legal development of personality, the basic ways of including of children are exposed to the socialeducator environment.

  • In the multicultural educational space a key to effective psychological and pedagogical interaction, aimed at optimizing the development of each individual student, is the harmonious relationship between a teacher, a psychologist and a student. It largely depends on the attractiveness of these experts, which means the professional-important feature that manifests in the ability to cause a positive emotional attitude, sympathy, interest, trust to another person. The article emphasise need of the further research and development of attractiveness as a factor of effective psycho-pedagogical interaction.

    There have been considered some ideas of scientists about such notions as language personality. The author has difinded directions of reconsideration of the process of forming of the language personality from the point of view of value positios at Ukrainian lessons.     The professional training of future social pedagogues should be improved according to the requirements of the

    The study substantiates the peculiarities of communicative competence of social workers and the main components of rhetorical culture. Rhetorical culture provides the ability to choose the most appropriate communication tactics and skills to fill a pause or paraphrased statement. Social worker with a high rhetorical culture should follow the rules of etiquette. In practical aspect, we have developed mini-trainings during the study of the course Social Partnership, aimed at increasing of undergraduates rhetorical culture. During the mini-training, future masters improve forms of speech improvisation, ranging from question or joke, which removes tension, and ending with moral monologue.
