manager presents the central managerial function, responsible for
efficient project management. However, in project management, next
to project manager, there are other important managerial functions
such as project sponsor, project team leader and project leader.
The concept of mananging the project is a concept that represent
synthesis of previous programees and projects, so that the support
of concept of developed method of organization, planing and control
are known to practise. The realization of the project is only
achievable by rational synchronization of all activities, resources
and people involved, and if all possible differences are avoided
and eliminated, which requires that the project is managed. The
basic elements of the teamwork in and implementation quality
management system will be given in this paper.Key words: manager,
